You are absolutely correct. Sometimes priorities change at a given time period at least for myself. There are times that it is important for me to work just 8 hours a day and at times, I just feel the need to extend more hours especially when I am faced with tough competition.</description>

		<description>Work/life balance isn't overrated at all.  You just have to decide what's important to you.  For me, work/life balance means that I do not expect to outdo someone working 14 hours a day/7 days a week.</description>
