One TV Show You Should Avoid Before Going to Bed

I seldom watch television but tonight, television caught my attention as my sister left it open and I unfortunately got glued with a show about conversations on our country's politics.

I remembered years back about a beauty pageant being asked about her interest in politics; which she quickly answered she didn't have any interest whatsoever because she did not want to make her life miserable.

Thirty minutes I spent on television today is more than enough to screw anybody's mind trying to comprehend and understand issues surrounding politics. I doubt if I'll ever do that again before I go to sleep.
