		<description>Very helpful post. My self included, had a very hard time letting go of things that’s not meant to be. Holding on emotional baggage will hinder us from moving on. I agree with you  that letting go of unhealthy attachments, acceptance that it wasn’t meant to be and thinking life is too short are the best approach one need to cultivate in order to heal oneself.</description>
