Why Does People Want to Be as White as Snow?

I went to the hyper mart this afternoon and over the beauty and personal hygiene section I saw so many products which promise to help you become white—whitening cream, soap, astringent, etc. Except for the new branding of Dove, almost every product simply wants you to become white as snow.

A thought came up; I’d invent a product line which delivers enhancement of blackness. Black is the new white.

Holy Kettle Corn is a Damn Old Product that Hits Big

Holy Kettle CornI first noticed a stall of Holy Kettle Corn in a mall one or two months back; today, I could not help but notice it is all over the place and our country quickly became a popcorn eating region. I became curious and checked their website learning they already have 27 stalls and are located in every mall I frequent (that explains why I see them all over the place).

This is definitely a quick success story using a common and simple product sold in a non-popcorn country like ours.

What made it instantly big?

Truthfulness is Expensive and Worthless, it Seems…

On my way home from work my attention was caught by a newly placed large billboard of Fila. The advertisement contained a picture of a child together with a text message which read that they are helping one soul for every shoe sold. Another bold message said all their products are priced as one.
