Politically Passionate Teen from MySpace Leverage the Power of the Internet for Productive Results

Back in elementary and high school I participated in a number of political / environment protest rallies sponsored by our school. Rallies involve days of planning and lots of man hours which needed to be recovered through make up classes; although sometimes, you were on your own to make sure you catch up on missed lectures and examinations. The amount of effort for each protest is huge and as such, our school administrator’s are highly selective on issues we shall voice our opinions on the street.

The internet has created the power to help us become more productive in a lot of ways and one of these things is giving anyone the power to stage daily rallies with least amount of effort.

Different Motivations for Different People

Once a colleague belittled a team member explaining that was his way to motivate the individual, which turned out to be the reason the teammate asked for a transfer. How you motivate people differ from one individual to another and using a particular style should be thought of first before being implemented.

Transition to a New Boss is Stressful But the Right Moves is Vital to Your Success

My current work involve changing direct superiors every 3 to 4 months for the past one year, and moving forward, I don’t see any changes in the cycle for another year or two. Transitioning to another superior is a stressful undertaking, because of the activities involved, and the importance of making things right; which is vital to your continued/future success within the organization.

I am almost certain that everyone would experience changing superiors at least once in their career, and depending on your previous relationship with your boss, it could be a painful exercise filled with doubts and fear for the future.
